About the role
We're looking for a business developer to contribute to our projects. The right candidate loves challenging problems and enjoys moving through different parts of the stack, learning new stuff, being a generalist, and also going deep into a very specific technology or skill from time to time.
We would love you to;
- Research and identify potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Telecommunications, Finance, International Relations, Business Management, or a comparable field.
- Experience with using CRM software to track deal progress and indicate next steps.
- Experience in estimating, writing and delivering proposals.
Skills you need to bring
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the industry including equipment, logistics and supply-chain management.
- Top notch team collaboration acumen.
